Who and why

This site is run by Henry "Hank" Elsner III, a former NTI technician. Call me any time at (623) 205-6336. I built it so technicians and contractors know what to expect before they work for the company. It is my account plus attributed excerpts of public reviews. It is not affiliated with, authorized by, or endorsed by National Technologies, Inc.

Fact versus opinion

What I describe about my own experience is my recollection. Where I express an opinion about NTI's conduct, I say it is my opinion. Reviews are other people's words and are not verified by this site.

Right of reply

NTI, or anyone named, can send a reply to nti@hankelsner.tech. I will publish it unedited, adjacent to the part it answers.

Corrections

If something here is factually wrong, tell me what and how you know. I will correct it promptly and note the change. Reviewers who want their excerpt removed can ask and I will remove it.

Names and privacy

People are named only by name and professional role, as I dealt with them. I publish no personal contact information. Please do not harass anyone.
